New Location For VTA’S Downtown Customer Service Center!

We’re moving!

Our San Jose Downtown Customer Service Center will be relocated, but don’t worry; we are moving just a few doors down from our old location.

Starting May 30th, 2023, we will be happy to help all our customers in person at:

2 North Market Street, San Jose, CA 95113.

 

Our hours of operation will remain the same: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.

(Closed Saturday, Sunday, Labor Day, July 4, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day). 

 

Front of the VTA Downtown Customer Service Center

At 2 North Market Street, you will be able to:

  • Buy Tickets for our buses and trains.
  • Get Route information.
  • Inquire about lost and found items.
  • Pick up system maps and schedules.
  • Buy Tickets for ACE and Caltrain.
  • Purchase a Clipper card or reload the one you already have.
  • Apply and take your picture for the RTC (Regional Transit Connector) Discount card.
  • Fill in an application for the Access program.
  • And leave your compliments for our drivers!

 

The last day at our current location (55-A West Santa Clara Street) is Friday, May 26th, 2023.
