VTA’s Across Barrier Connections (ABC) Plan has been studying overpasses, underpasses, and interchanges to see where safety and connectivity can be improved. After wrapping up our first phase of community outreach and technical reviews this spring, the project team has put together a draft list of priority locations for new and improved crossings.
