Affirmed Housing will be breaking ground on a 195-unit service-enhanced affordable-housing development just steps from the Berryessa/North San Jose Transit Center in May 2026.
Please join Affirmed Housing, the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), and HA Builder Group at a virtual community meeting where neighbors will have the opportunity to meet the team, review project timelines, and discuss measures the development team will be taking to reduce construction-related impacts.
