In partnership with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), two affordable housing communities will begin construction soon along Narvaez Avenue:
- MidPen Housing — 203 new affordable rental apartments at Capitol Station
- Charities Housing — 45 new affordable homeownership townhomes at Branham Station
Join us anytime between 6:00 and 7:30 p.m. to learn about the construction timeline, meet the project teams, and ask questions.
Family-friendly event with activities for children! Refreshments will be served.
