The Metropolitan Transportation Commission adopted the second round of the One Bay Area Grant Program, knows as OBAG 2, to integrate the region’s federal transportation funding program with California’s climate laws and the Sustainable Communities Strategy.
The program targets funding to Priority Development Areas, Priority Conservation Areas, affordable housing, and Climate Initiatives while maintaining commitments to existing transportation priorities.
