What
Contractors will be collecting soil samples and installing groundwater monitoring instruments around the future Newhall Yard.

The work will take place on the VTA property for the future Newhall Maintenance Facility.

- Work will be conducted as early as September 25 – November 15, 2023
- 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday

What to Expect
- The work activity will be advanced with a truck-mounted, mud rotary drill rig.
- There will also be periodic, repetitive hammering during soil sampling.
- This work activity does not typically generate dust.
- Partial parking will be impacted by this work.
