What to Expect

Crews will be working at multiple locations throughout the project corridor, including:

  • The US 101/SR 25 interchange structure — pile drilling, temporary cover removal, and drainage headwall construction (daily, all week)
  • Roadway paving and shoulder work at several staging areas along the project alignment
  • Underground utility and drainage installation, including electrical and irrigation line work
  • Surveying activity near roadway shoulders later in the week

Hours of Work

  • Daytime work only — no overnight work is scheduled next week (September 14–18, 2026).

Driver Advisory

  • Expect heavy equipment and construction crews working near the interchange throughout the week.
  • Slow down and use caution when traveling through the active work zone, particularly near structure and drainage work at the interchange.
  • Watch for construction vehicles entering and exiting the roadway at multiple points along the corridor.
