Daytime Construction Activities Scheduled June 1–5, 2026

Upcoming Construction Activities

Motorists may see crews performing:

  • Bridge and retaining wall construction
  • Drainage system installation
  • Roadway excavation and grading
  • Electrical and street lighting work
  • Construction equipment movement throughout the corridor

Work activities are scheduled in multiple active construction areas along:

  • US 101
  • State Route 25
  • Connector ramp areas
  • Adjacent frontage and staging areas

Traffic Impacts

Drivers should expect:

  • Intermittent daytime shoulder closures
  • Reduced speeds within work zones
  • Occasional lane shifts
  • Construction vehicles entering and exiting the roadway
  • Minor travel delays during daytime hours

No Overnight Closures Scheduled

At this time:

  • No nighttime lane closures are scheduled
  • No overnight freeway closures are planned
  • No extended overnight ramp closures are anticipated for at least the next two weeks

All scheduled construction activities are currently planned during daytime work hours only.

Drive Safely Through the Work Zone

Motorists are reminded to:

  • Slow down in construction areas
  • Watch for crews and equipment
  • Follow all posted traffic control signs
  • Allow extra travel time when traveling through the project corridor
