Let VTA Get You to Ed Sheeran’s + – = ÷ x Tour

Ed Sheeran is coming to Levi’s Stadium on Saturday, September 16th for his much-anticipated “Mathematics World Tour”. Public transportation is the smart option for getting to Levi’s Stadium. VTA bus routes and light rail lines get you right to the action and it costs far less than parking.

It’s as easy as 1-2-3. VTA is your solution to getting to the + – = ÷ x Tour!

Here are some helpful tips for getting to and from the concert.

Light Rail:

  • Extra service to the stadium will operate from Mountain View, Alum Rock, Diridon, and Santa Teresa on the Orange, Green and Blue light rail lines.

  • After the concert, VTA will provide extra service trains continuously running for at least one hour after the concert ends. Please note, the Lick Mill and Old Ironsides Stations will be closed for 60 minutes after the end of the event. Please board at the Great America Station which is closest to the stadium.

  • VTA will operate its regular Saturday service before the event on Bus Routes 55, 57 & 59.

  • Bus return service will begin immediately after the concert. The last bus on each line (55, 57, and 59) will leave one hour after the end of the event.

Other Service to Levi’s Stadium:

Caltrain will operate its regular Saturday service between San Francisco and Mountain View prior to and after the event. Passengers can transfer to VTA light rail, which goes directly to the stadium, at the Mountain View Transit Center. The last northbound Caltrain will depart Mountain View station 75 minutes after the event ends at Levi’s Stadium.

BART will operate regular Saturday service before and after the event. The last northbound, regular service, BART train leaves Milpitas at 11:52 p.m. BART will also be running two special post-event trains that will stop only at the following stations: Milpitas, Bay Fair, MacArthur, El Cerrito del Norte, Pleasant Hill. These trains are scheduled to depart Milpitas Bart station at 12:30 a.m.

Allow time to make your way to the light rail platform as soon as possible to make your connections. To catch the last regular service BART train at 11:52, you must be on the Orange Line by 11:15 p.m.

ACE is offering exclusive round-trip service departing Stockton at 2:35 p.m. and arriving at the Great America stop at 4:28 p.m. For the return, the train will depart Great America at 12:17 a.m. and arrive in Stockton at 2:20 a.m.

Capitol Corridor trains will be operating their normal weekend service. In addition, a special train is scheduled to arrive at Great America station at 5:37 p.m. and is scheduled to depart at 11:59 p.m.

Helpful Tools for Your Trip:

Use Clipper mobile app for easy fare payment.

Transit app is great for trip planning, real-time information, and service alerts.

If you plan to drive to the Milpitas Transit Center and take light rail to the game, we recommend paying in advance for parking permits online or on your smartphone with the Passport app (for daily permits only). The Passport app is available on the App store and Google Play store. This will help you avoid long lines at the parking kiosks.
