Event Service for Levi’s Stadium
Pre-Event Service:
- Extra service to the stadium will be operating from Mountain View, Alum Rock, downtown San Jose.
- VTA will operate its regular weekday and Saturday service on Lines 55, 57 & 59.
Service During the Event:
- Friday, August 28 & Tuesday, September 1: Extra service trains will service the stadium up to approximately 30 minutes after the event starts.
- Saturday, August 29: Extra service trains will service the stadium up to approximately 1 hour after the event starts.
- Regular service Green Line and Orange Line trains will continue to service the stadium at 30-minute frequencies.
Post-Event Service:
- Pre-event extra service trains will also operate the post-event service.
- On each day, some of the post-event trains will operate to Mountain View and Alum Rock with standby buses available for overloads to Mountain View. The remaining trains will operate to either Winchester or Santa Teresa, depending on passenger demand. Some trains may return to Great America to provide additional trips as needed.
- Lick Mill and Old Ironsides Stations may be closed for 60 minutes after the end of the event to deter passengers from filling up trains before they reach Great America Station.
Regional Connectors to Levi’s Stadium
- Caltrain will be operating its regular weekday and weekend service between San Francisco and Mountain View prior to and after each event.
- For post-event, on each event day Caltrain will provide one extra northbound local train, departing Mountain View either 90 minutes after the end of the concert or shortly after the last VTA post-event train arrives at Mountain View.
- The most current information can be found on Caltrain’s website.
- BART will be operating its regular weekday and Saturday service prior to and after each event.
- The last northbound train to Richmond departs Milpitas at 11:53 p.m. on each day.
- Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) will operate a special train on Saturday, August 29.
- The special ACE train is scheduled to depart Stockton at 3:00 p.m. and arrive at Great America at 4:53 p.m.
- For post-event, the special ACE train is scheduled to depart Great America at 11:19 p.m. and arrive at Stockton at 1:17 a.m.
- Capitol Corridor will be operating a modified schedule on each event day.
- On Friday, August 28 and Tuesday, September 1, modified train 545 is scheduled to arrive at Great America at 6:12 p.m.
- For post-event, extra train 552 is scheduled to depart Great America at 11:30 p.m.
- On Saturday, August 29, modified train 743 and regular train 745 are scheduled to arrive at Great America at 4:38 p.m. and 6:39 p.m. respectively.
- For post-event, extra train 750 is scheduled to depart Great America at 11:30 p.m.
