VTA issues this Request for Proposals for the purpose of soliciting proposals from qualified sources for the purchase of a service and employee recognition awards program. VTA will use this Award Program to honor and reward those employees who have dedicated years of service with VTA in five-year increments, as well as employees nominated as Employee of the Quarter, Supervisor of the Quarter, Employee of the Year, and Supervisor of the Year. VTA employees and eligible awardees are management, professional, technical, support, and maintenance staff.

The Selection Team will be finalizing the evaluations on Friday, September 6, 2019 and it won’t be until that date that VTA decides whether or not we will be holding Oral Discussions. Vendors need to hold the week of September 9, 2019 available to attend the Oral Discussions “if scheduled” and should be available for the meeting either by personally attending the meeting here at VTA or by teleconference.
