Let’s make history, Silicon Valley! The 50th Anniversary Silicon Valley Pride Parade and Festival returns to downtown San José August 30–31, 2025. This year’s theme is "Unstoppable: 50 Years of Love, Legacy & Liberation" and features a night festival, parade, and day festival at Plaza de César Chávez Park.

Night Festival: Saturday, August 30, 2025 | 6-11 p.m. 

Headlining SV Pride’s Saturday Night Festival is Snow Tha Product—a San José native and Latin GRAMMY Award-nominated rapper. Her presence at this year’s festival underscores the unstoppable energy and inclusive spirit that defines 50 years of Pride in the heart of Silicon Valley. 

Pride Parade: Sunday, August 31, 2025 | 10:30 a.m. to noon 

The SV Pride Parade runs from Julian Street & Market Street to Plaza de César Chávez Park. VTA is once again joining the parade with a specially wrapped Pride bus. We’re proud to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community and our VTA family.  

Day Festival: Sunday, August 31, 2025 | noon to 6 p.m. 

After the Pride Parade, celebrate at the Day Festival headlined by RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 17 winner, Onya Nurve. This promises to be a monumental day of incredible food, fierce stage performances, and unforgettable memories.

Don’t miss out! VTA’s Blue or Green Light Rail Lines or Bus Routes 22, 23, 64A, 64B, 66, 68, 72, 73, Rapid 500, Rapid 522, or Rapid 523 can get you to SV Pride in Downtown San José.
